TextFree is something a little different. This is a web application (accessible from any browser) that allows you to send free text messages to anyone. The problem is that you can’t do it from your own phone number.

Screen mirroring is a fast and convenient way to text from your PC. Basically, you just need to connect your device to your PC using one of these apps. Texts directly from the device instead of through a service.
However, it also forces you to install the correct driver and launch the appropriate software. It is not the easiest solution. However, it is one of the more secure apps and it is really compatible with all kinds of messaging apps because everything on the phone shows up on a desktop window.
Google has officially updated the Android Messages app with an important additional feature that allows you to send messages using your computer if you already have a connection to your Android phone.
First, to use the SMS messaging feature through this PC, the computer and smartphone must always maintain an internet connection. With the new Android Messages for Web app, you’ll be able to connect your PC to an Android phone so you can send SMS messages through your computer’s web browser. This new feature is integrated in Android Messages version 3.0.43 but it is not yet available to all users. Google may roll it out globally this week.

You can actually send text messages through your email client. The setup is a big hassle, but it actually works pretty well once you do. Text messages go through an SMS gateway. This port is basically an email address that forwards your text to the relevant device based on its number.
With this method, you can send texts and SMS from your PC using your email client without any additional applications. However, at present, this type is not popular in Vietnam.
